The objective of the O'pen BIC Class Association is to provide an exciting format of dinghy racing for young people. The O'pen BIC Class Association (OBCA) aims to promote and manage O'pen BIC Class competition at an International and Continental level and represent the interest of the owners and their National Associations.

During the Louis Vuitton Junior Trophy, BMW Oracle skipper Jimmy Spithill - who first sailed in the America's Cup as a teenager - was among the senior sailors encouraging the kids racing on the O'pen BIC. More info...
